Anna Jones

One grey day, late for work, Anna Jones had a revelation and decided to quit her job to follow her passion; she enrolled in Jamie Oliver's Fifteen apprenticeship program*, and has since been part of his kitchen team as a stylist, editor and behind-the-scenes contributor to books and TV shows.

Today, she publishes her third book with Éditions La Plage: "Les 12 ingrédients qui changent tout en cuisine" (The 12 ingredients that change everything in the kitchen), for 365 days of wonderful meals. No more "What's for dinner tonight! "With her tips for (really) changing everyday life.
