Restaurant couple Ambre Blumenzak and Auguste Honoré unveil a comforting den where fresh pasta is in majesty. The tribute paid to Parisian institutions - dear to their hearts - through a warm, retro design, becomes the stage for an ode to Italian savoir-faire.

Our eyes are immediately drawn to the beautiful wooden façade, from which we can admire the "pastaïo" shaping the delicious pasta that will then be cooked with beautiful seasonal produce.
